A full-range speaker typically consists of a diaphragm, voice coil, magnetic circuit, surround, terminal board, tinsel leads, spider, and frame. When an audio current flows through the voice coil, it interacts with the magnetic field and moves the diaphragm, converting the electrical signal into sound.

Selection and optimization are based on your technical parameters — including driver dimensions, shape, height, mounting hole layout, impedance, rated power, magnet type, diaphragm material, mounting style and wire connections. Speaker grilles can also be added as required by the project.

Yes. Please provide the amplifier output, operating voltage, load impedance and PCB information. We can help reduce the risk of low volume, distortion or power mismatch.
A small speaker can provide clear speech and useful low-frequency output, but deep bass is limited by speaker size and enclosure volume. We can optimize the diaphragm, magnetic circuit and enclosure matching for better performance.
Available options include paper, PP, PET and composite diaphragms, as well as rubber, foam or cloth surrounds. Ferrite and neodymium magnets are also available.
