Fit the Speaker Into the Available Space
We review your housing dimensions and mounting structure before selecting the frame and magnetic circuit.
ZEH manufactures custom midrange speaker drivers for automotive audio, home Hi-Fi, karaoke, multimedia and professional loudspeaker systems. We customize the frame size, mounting depth, impedance, power, sensitivity, diaphragm, magnetic circuit and frequency response around your enclosure, amplifier, crossover, woofer and tweeter.
From engineering samples and acoustic matching to speaker assembly, production testing and repeat batch manufacturing, ZEH helps OEM and ODM customers turn approved speaker designs into stable, production-ready products.
A dedicated midrange speaker helps reproduce vocals, dialogue and other important middle-frequency content with greater control and clarity.
It is commonly used in multi-driver audio systems where a woofer or midbass driver handles lower frequencies and a tweeter handles higher frequencies. By assigning the middle-frequency range to a dedicated driver, the system can achieve clearer vocals, higher output and a more controlled transition between the low- and high-frequency sections.
The final performance does not come from the midrange driver alone. Cone material, suspension, voice coil, magnetic circuit, enclosure, grille, crossover and the adjoining speaker drivers all influence the usable result.
The products below are midrange speaker drivers previously developed and manufactured by ZEH for different OEM and ODM audio projects. They demonstrate the speaker sizes, frame structures, mounting depths, magnetic circuits, impedance options and power configurations we can produce.
These are not fixed retail models. As a custom midrange speaker manufacturer, ZEH can use an existing product as a development reference or customize the structure, dimensions, materials and acoustic parameters around your enclosure, amplifier, crossover and production requirements.
ZEHSMAUDIO can adapt an existing speaker platform or develop a modified structure based on your installation space, sound target, electronics, enclosure and production requirements.
We review your housing dimensions and mounting structure before selecting the frame and magnetic circuit.
Round, oval, rectangular and low-profile frames can be adapted to internal ribs, PCB positions and assembly methods.
Speaker parameters are evaluated together with the amplifier, enclosure, listening distance and required sound performance.
Diaphragm, surround and magnet materials are selected according to the target sound, environment and cost requirements.
The project can include the enclosure, grille, wiring, connector, sealing components and amplifier matching.
Each project starts from the actual constraints of the product — cavity depth, sustained power, distortion targets, mounting standard or production volume. Select an application below to see the engineering challenge, ZEH’s approach, and the result.
ZEH combines acoustic engineering, component manufacturing and production validation to support custom midrange speaker projects from initial specifications through mass production. Instead of supplying a standard driver alone, we develop each solution around your enclosure, crossover, amplifier, adjoining drivers and target sound performance.
Our acoustic engineering team can develop from your drawings, existing samples or product concept. Driver dimensions, cone and suspension materials, voice coil, magnetic circuit and acoustic parameters are adjusted around the actual requirements of your application.
We evaluate the midrange driver together with the woofer, tweeter, crossover, amplifier and enclosure. This system-level approach helps achieve clearer vocals, balanced sensitivity and smoother transitions between frequency bands in the finished product.
Engineering samples are tested for frequency response, impedance, sensitivity, distortion, power handling and installation compatibility. Potential acoustic, electrical and assembly problems can therefore be corrected before tooling, pilot production or bulk ordering.
ZEH uses automated and semi-automated production processes with acoustic and reliability testing to control unit-to-unit consistency. With annual production capacity exceeding 10 million units across its product lines, we can support both pilot runs and ongoing volume requirements.
A dedicated midrange speaker is suitable when your product uses multiple drivers and requires clearer vocals, greater middle-frequency output or more controlled frequency distribution.
ZEH can evaluate your enclosure, amplifier, crossover, woofer and tweeter information before recommending a suitable platform.
A full-range speaker is designed to reproduce a broader usable frequency range and may operate alone in a compact product.
A midrange speaker focuses mainly on vocals and middle-frequency content and is normally used together with low- and high-frequency drivers.
A midbass speaker reproduces more upper-bass and lower-midrange content and normally requires greater diaphragm movement.
A midrange speaker focuses more on vocal clarity and central audio content.
