Fit the Speaker Into the Available Space
We review your housing dimensions and mounting structure before selecting the frame and magnetic circuit.
ZEH Audio is China’s top expert, manufacturer, and supplier of loudspeakers. The company mainly produces a variety of high-end loudspeakers, audio speakers, full-range speakers, subwoofers, power amplifiers, and also provides custom plastic mold services and CNC metal customization. To meet your loudspeaker needs, we offer customization services as follows:
ZEH AUDIO always takes meeting customers’ core audio quality needs as its goal. It strictly controls quality throughout the entire process from source to delivery, making your choice more reassuring. We adhere to standardized production processes and have established a full-link strict quality control system. Especially in the production link, multiple rounds of in-process inspections are set up to minimize quality risks. Every step, from raw material procurement and the production of core components for car speakers to finished product packaging and distribution, complies with high-standard requirements. You can fully trust ZEH AUDIO’s full-process quality control capability. We are committed to balancing quality and cost, and with reasonable pricing, we enable the performance and quality of high-end speakers to accurately match your expected goals.
ZEHSMAUDIO can adapt an existing speaker platform or develop a modified structure based on your installation space, sound target, electronics, enclosure and production requirements.
We review your housing dimensions and mounting structure before selecting the frame and magnetic circuit.
Round, oval, rectangular and low-profile frames can be adapted to internal ribs, PCB positions and assembly methods.
Speaker parameters are evaluated together with the amplifier, enclosure, listening distance and required sound performance.
Diaphragm, surround and magnet materials are selected according to the target sound, environment and cost requirements.
The project can include the enclosure, grille, wiring, connector, sealing components and amplifier matching.
Different products place different demands on speaker size, vocal clarity, sound pressure, enclosure volume, power consumption and long-term reliability. Select an application to see how the acoustic priorities change.
For smart terminals and voice-enabled products, the speaker must reproduce speech clearly inside a compact enclosure while working together with the microphone, audio PCBA and product housing.
Low-profile structure, vocal-band tuning, cavity matching and complete audio hardware coordination.
Interactive toys and learning products need clear speech, comfortable loudness and a structure that remains consistent across repeated use and mass production.
Shape customization, controlled sound pressure and voice-frequency optimization for educational content.
Voice prompts and alarms must remain understandable and stable, while the speaker or module also fits the assembly, supply and reliability requirements of the medical device.
Integrated modules, stable acoustic output, controlled materials and documented validation before production.
Doorbells, panels, sensors and connected terminals often require a small speaker that delivers clear prompts or alerts without taking valuable space from the rest of the electronics.
Compact structures, alert-tone tuning, optional environmental protection and connector integration.
Trackers, training products and portable electronics need compact sound components that survive movement, limited battery capacity and repeated everyday handling.
Small-footprint drivers, efficient notification output and optional sealing or integrated module assembly.

1. Selection Based on Size and Structural Advantages: Currently, large-size diaphragms ranging from 6 to 15 inches are the mainstream choice. Most diaphragms are made of polypropylene (PP) composite material or Kevlar fiber. PP material is resistant to high and low temperatures and moisture, allowing it to adapt to the complex in-car environment (such as exposure to intense sunlight in summer and low temperatures in winter) and prevent issues like diaphragm deformation. Kevlar fiber, on the other hand, combines high rigidity and light weight, resulting in less distortion during vibration and more solid bass extension. All materials can be customized according to your requirements.
2. Choice Between Circular or Square (and Selection of 2-way, 3-way, 4-way, or 5-way): Circular speakers offer a uniform soundstage, making them suitable for those pursuing a natural listening experience. Square speakers have strong space adaptability and are fit for compact installation locations. Their diaphragms often use “glass fiber composite paper cones” (which have 30% higher rigidity than ordinary paper cones), with edges matched with high-performance materials like “nitrile rubber surrounds” (which have good elasticity, fatigue resistance, and are less prone to aging after long-term vibration). The housing is made of a “thin metal frame” (to reduce space occupation), and customization is available based on your needs.
3. Selection of Magnet and Copper Material: The larger the magnet volume, the stronger the magnetic field, and thus the louder the sound. For copper material, oxygen-free copper is the optimal choice as it enables lossless transmission. It has a conductivity 15% higher than that of ordinary copper, ensuring low loss and low heat generation during current transmission. This prevents sound distortion caused by unstable current (such as no noise or distortion at high volumes). Additionally, oxygen-free copper is corrosion-resistant, which can prevent copper oxidation due to moisture in the car and extend the speaker’s service life.
4. Priority to Easy-Installation Design: Easy installation not only means simple steps but also needs to balance compatibility and stability.
